"A Continuum of Care" All Services at One Location
In the Nursing Home Holy Spirit's nursing home offers twenty-four hour care provided by a professional staff of nurses, aids, therapists and many other supportive staff. Care is based on each resident's individual needs, with the goal of attaining their optimal level of functioning. The resident, their family, their physican, along with a team of nurses, therapists, social workers, dietary and activity personnel design a care plan customized to the resident's needs and wishes. Private and semi-private rooms are available giving residents the option to determine what personal furniture and possessions they bring with them.
In Assisted Living Our Assisted Living Units provide assistance based on each resident's individual needs while maintaining an independent lifestyle. Meals, nursing, laundry, housekeeping, activities and many other services are provided. Residents enjoy the privacy of own units with the luxury of participating in group activities should they choose. A special area is available for those with Alzheimer's Disease or other dementia- related illnesses.
Independent Apartments One and two bedroom apartments are available. All are equipped with an emergency call system, 24-hour security, maintenance, housekeeping, grocery shopping, one daily meal, along with other supportive services.
